Software Licence
This is the end-user licence for the Belgrave Windows application (the “Software”). By installing it you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not install it.
Licence
Belgrave Archive Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run the Software on Windows devices you own or control, up to the number of seats on your plan. Starter: one person, one primary device. Pro and Studio: named seats. You may make one backup copy.
What you may not do
- Rent, sublicence or publish the Software as a service of your own.
- Reverse engineer it, except where the law gives you that right and only to that extent.
- Strip or hide copyright notices, licence checks or watermarks we apply to shares.
- Run more seats than you have paid for.
Ownership
We own the Software. You own your media. Third-party codecs and fonts bundled with the installer stay with their owners and are licenced to you only for use inside Belgrave.
Updates
The app may check for updates. You can postpone them. Security fixes should not be postponed for long. We can stop signing very old builds.
Warranty and liability
The Software is provided as-is, except for any warranty the law will not let us exclude. Limits of liability are the same as in the Terms of Use.
Termination
This licence ends if you break it or cancel the plan that includes the seat. Uninstall the Software. Shares you already sent may keep working until they expire.
