Terms of Use

The short version

You keep the rights in your media. We licence you the app. Don’t use Belgrave to host material you have no right to, don’t try to break the product, and pay the plan you picked. Shares you create are your responsibility.

Accounts and seats

One Starter licence is for one person on one primary Windows machine. Pro seats are named. You must not share logins. You are responsible for who you invite and which share links you send.

Your media

Files on your disk stay yours. If you upload to a vault or a share, you grant us a limited right to store, transcode and stream that media so the people you named can review it. We do not claim copyright. You warrant that you have the right to put the files in Belgrave.

Acceptable use

No malware, no scraping of other people’s rooms, no attempting to reverse the forensic watermark, no using share links as a general file-dump for the public internet. We may suspend a share or an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people.

Plans, money, cancellation

Starter is free. Pro is billed monthly in GBP until you cancel. Studio is on an order form. Cancel Pro in the account page; it runs to the end of the period already paid. We do not refund a month already started unless the law says we must. Prices on the pricing page can change with 30 days’ notice to existing Pro customers.

Availability

The Windows app works without us for local review. Vaults, licences and share links need our servers. We aim to keep them up; we do not promise uninterrupted service. Keep a copy of picture you cannot replace.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law will not let us limit. For everything else, our aggregate liability in a year is the fees you paid us in that year (or £100 if you are on Starter). Belgrave is a review tool, not an archive of last resort.
